Senior Performance Management Advisor

A career as a Senior Performance Advisor in the Investment Strategies team at National Bank means acting as a performance expert for the team. Through your oral and written communication skills, leadership, and analytical experience, you will have a positive impact on client engagement, employee engagement, and the Bank's results.
Your job:

• Support the investment strategy manager in drafting and updating our 3-year strategy.
• Actively contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.
• Work in tandem with the strategy manager on the progress of strategic initiatives for the next 2-3 years using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Identify information from the analysis to optimize the strategy in an evolving market (e.g., look at emerging trends, reverse decisions based on new information, etc.).
• Define and prioritize the backlog of initiatives needed to achieve our goals and implement our strategy.
• Identify areas of opportunity and work with internal and external partners to accelerate growth, increase efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
• Relentless execution in the pursuit of our value chain goals.
• Define and implement AI automation tools.
• Generate synergies with other business sectors to offer more value to our customers.

Your team: You will be part of a team of four employees. Our mission is to build and support the distribution of products and experiences that profitably meet the financial needs of our customers. You will report to the Senior Director, Investment Strategy.
Prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree related to the field and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the field and seven years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or high-growth startups.
• Demonstrate experience in delivering projects in a complex and fast-paced environment (strong execution and detail-oriented).
• Self-taught and intellectually curious, as well as demonstrating ease in times of change and ambiguity.
• Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including the demonstrated ability to synthesize information from vast data sources into actionable ideas and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization (including executives).
