Your job

  • Contribute to and/or take ownership of delivering business initiatives through the operationalization, simplification, or automation of financial markets operational processes.
  • Identify and implement actions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional process management.
  • Play a key role in data governance, analytics utilization, and the development of performance indicators to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Identify business needs, manage impacts on financial markets operations, and recommend the most optimal solutions.
  • Manage stakeholders and work to align diverse interests.
  • Prioritize effectively and ensure the profitability of delivered improvements/solutions based on business value.
  • Challenge existing business practices and rules through a data-driven approach.
  • Proactively communicate results, challenges, and risks to leadership in a consulting capacity, leveraging meaningful analysis.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to redefine the activities of teams within the sector.
  • Support and equip managers and employees to sustainably integrate new processes and analytical tools in their day-to-day operations.

Your team

As a Senior Transformation Advisor, you are part of a team of 14 senior advisors dedicated to transforming and modernizing the financial markets operations sector, focusing specifically on the evolution of processes, data, and systems.

Reporting to the Senior Director Strategy & Transformation TSP, you will act as an expert, maximizing cross-functional process management, contributing to the resolution of complex issues, and proposing strategies to support project execution and the continuous improvement of processes.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, or a related field, with 7 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR any other combination of education and experience considered equivalent
  • Proven experience in organizational transformation, including process automation, process reengineering, and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel) and/or experience in data science
  • Experience in an advisory role with senior management, successfully delivering strategic and transformational initiatives
  • Demonstrated influential leadership, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and align divergent interests.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate results and recommendations clearly at various organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, settlement activities, or derivative products is a strong asset
