Here's what Navada offers you as a CHALLENGE:

  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates using various tools, platforms, and recruitment channels.

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process by writing and posting job offers, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

  • Ensure rigorous follow-up with candidates by maintaining clear communication, managing candidate databases, and formalizing job offers.

  • Support the integration of new hires to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

  • Build strong partnerships with academic institutions to attract emerging talent and coordinate internship programs.

  • Represent the company at events such as job fairs, career days, and workshops in academic settings.

  • Contribute to enhancing the employer brand by creating engaging content, supporting digital campaigns, and organizing recruitment events.


Your profile:

  • Degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.

  • Experience in the construction and/or engineering sectors.
