Purpose

We are seeking energetic, Underground Miners with a positive attitude, good attendance & safety record to join our Logistics team and contribute their skills and knowledge to our ongoing development and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Boom Truck for deliverables
  • Building walls, installing underground vent doors and all other underground construction needs
  • Operate Grout pump, Shot Crete Machine, Welder, Scoop, Scissor lift, Normet trans mixer
  • Install and grout cables
  • Be an engaged and active member of a highly productive team
  • Take direction from the Logistics Leaders and/or Underground Supervisors in a positive manner
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times
Requirements
  • 2+ years of underground mining experience or previous experience operating heavy machinery..
  • Ability to safely work 12 hour shifts in a variety of underground conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Experience with Logistics equipment an asset but not required.
  • Possess Ontario Common Core Certification.
  • Current and Valid Driver’s License preferred.
Working Conditions

The work schedule for this position is 14 on, 14 days off, working 12-hour days.
