From the branch located in Burlington and its 4 branches located in Quebec and Ontario, Nuera Industriel sells conveyor belts for heavy and light applications, as well as related products and services. The customer service representative must demonstrate good interpersonal skills, enjoy dealing with customers, possess strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate an ease in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The customer service representative has the main tasks of advising customers and processing quotes and orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess customer needs,
  • Maintain a lasting relationship with customers,
  • Advise the client, and coordinate with external sales to ensure the best service,
  • Preparation of submission respecting the guidelines of the company,
  • Order processing,
  • Purchase of resale products,
  • Coordination with production,
  • Follow-up of customer orders,
  • Follow-up of supplier orders,
  • Data entry into the various softwares,
  • Actively participate in inventory management,
  • Organize certain transport of goods,
  • All other related tasks.

Requested skills

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma completed,
  • 3 to 5 years of experience,

  • Fluency in English and French,
  • Knowledge of conveyor belt products,
  • Knowledge of conveyor / component operation,
