We are seeking creative, dynamic, and committed teachers to join our team at Roch Carrier Elementary School. Roch Carrier Elementary School is home to over 460 students in the Bridlewood neighbourhood of Kanata South. We offer a bilingual Kindergarten program, English programming with Core French in grades 1 to 6, an Early French Immersion Program from grades 1 to 6 as well as both Primary and Junior Gifted English. The Roch Carrier team is a caring, collaborative and compassionate group of educators and support staff committed to working to create an engaged educational experience for our students and to ensure our students develop the social, emotional and academic skills to become contributing citizens of their communities.
All Occasional Teachers are eligible to apply for Long Term Occasional postings for which they are qualified.

A minimum of 3 qualified applicants will be offered an interview, including:
1. At least three (3) teachers, who are currently employed as an occasional teacher with the OCDSB, and who have the required OCT qualifications and who best meet the criteria outlined in the job posting.
2. If fewer than three (3) qualified applicants apply, all qualified applicants will be interviewed.
