Under the direction of the Manager, Continuing Education, the Administrative Assistant will:

Perform administrative functions;

Provide administrative support (accounts, statistical data);

Perform other administrative services and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

One year of Community College in a related field;

Two years of related experience;

Excellent interpersonal and client service skills;

Excellent organizational skills;

Proficient in Board software;

Advanced knowledge of accounting practices and software;

Ability to work in SparkRock (eg. financial duties, payment requisitions);

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a proactive manner.

In addition, the following will be considered an asset:

Experience with School Cash, Apply to Education, MyOCSB, Laserfiche and PowerSchool.

This is a permanent, full-time, twelve (12) month position with an annual salary range of $54,473 - $58,680. A comprehensive employee benefits package is also provided.

The effective date is approximately December 2, 2024.
