Requested skills

  • Must have a three-year college certificate in administrative techniques, human resources or equivalent;
  • More than two years' experience in WSIB file management and secretarial work in an environment with multiple workloads and deadlines;
  • Experience in translating, preparing and writing texts, reports and correspondence;
  • Must have a good knowledge of current collective agreements and Board regulations relating to employees and Board members;
  • Must have a basic knowledge of the various legislation governing employees and the Employer;
  • Thorough knowledge of word processing software (Microsoft Word) and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and general knowledge of presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of organizational chart software would be an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written).

A criminal record check must be provided upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.
