Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital operations, e-commerce management, or a related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience in managing digital transformation projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with AI technologies and their application in digital operations, with a focus on driving innovation and efficiency.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or CRM systems are a plus.
