The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Analyst, Master Data Management (Temporary). This job is full-time temporary.

The position of Analyst, Master Data Management is part of a centralized group, which aims to manage all master data databases including customers and pricing. Working with the various departments within Resolute, the Analyst must provide an unparalleled service in order to meet the business needs.
More specifically, you will assume the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the entry and maintenance of the customer and pricing files in SAP, more specifically: customer addresses, shipping data, on-invoice and discount pricing, customer hierarchies, the maintenance and set ups of sales and shipping documents, tax exemption documentation and any other business requests related to these areas of master data;
- Maintain a high level of data integrity in SAP and other systems that are used by multiple functions in the company;
- Provide support to various groups in the company when requests for additions or modifications to master data are sent to us;
- Participate in data cleaning as needed;
- Ensure that business processes are followed by the company.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Master Data Management, you will be part of a dynamic team that brings together several areas of expertise at the heart of the company.
Your profile:
- BAC in Business Administration;
- 3 years of pertinent work experience.
Your skills:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both official languages;
- Knowledge of the SAP software;
- Intermediate knowledge level of excel;
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Computer literacy and a strong interest in working with various computer systems.
