YOUR ROLE

  • Greet travelers professionally and courteously
  • Check in passengers and luggage
  • Verify the validity of documents (passports, visas, etc.)
  • Coordinate passenger boarding
  • Handle claims and locate missing baggage
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Adhere to airport safety and security rules and guidelines
