YOUR ROLE

  • Respond to various customer requests, fostering solution-based relationships
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate support for clients before and after sales
  • Coordinate operations with clients and internal teams (pilots, crew scheduling)
  • Prepare flight manifests for crews
  • Manage Medevac flight coordination
  • Monitor operational flight progress
  • Provide crews with information on expected weather conditions, the status of navigation facilities, and airports along the planned route

Requested skills

Professional Requirements:

  • DEP in flight dispatching (an asset)
  • Commercial pilot license (an asset)
  • Knowledge of aeronautics (an asset)
  • Experience in customer service

Operational Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities
  • Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Ability to manage stress and handle unexpected situations effectively
  • Training or experience in sales (an asset)
