- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.\n\t \n
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.\n\t \n
- Support the Controller in preparing consolidated financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.\n \n
- \n\t
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.\n\t \n
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and monitor project budgets.\n\t \n
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective financial controls.\n \n
- \n\t
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of P&L statements across projects and business units.\n\t \n
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.\n \n
- \n\t
- Support with conducting financial due diligence for potential acquisitions.\n\t \n
- Assist in integrating acquired entities into PTAG’s financial systems and processes.\n\t \n
- Assist with developing analysis and reporting on the financial impact of M&A activities.\n \n
- \n\t
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.\n\t \n
- Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.\n\t \n
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors.\n \n
- \n\t
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.\n\t \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial and operational performance.\n\t \n
- Act as a key financial resource for project managers and operational leaders.\n \n
\nQualifications:\n\n
- \n\t
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).\n\t \n
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on EPC, construction, or engineering projects.\n\t \n
- Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and integration.\n\t \n
- Proficiency in developing and analyzing P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts.\n\t \n
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.\n\t \n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\t \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\n\t \n
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n \n
