2025 Wealth Management, Winter Partnerships Analyst (8 months)

The RBC Wealth Management Canada Partnerships team supports the development of cross functional relationships at RBC for High-Net-Worth individuals and families. Our goal is to deliver to a holistic wealth management offer and seamless client experience across our expansive list of partners.

The role works heavily with RBC bank partners as well as internally with our Regional & Managing Directors, Investment Advisors & Counsellors as well as our Associate teams and Branch Management groups. This is for an 8-month term.

What will you do?

• Work with various partners of Wealth Management Canada in developing new strategic initiatives to drive a holistic wealth management offer for high-net worth individuals and families.
• Support Investment Advisors and Counsellors in strengthening Partnerships in local markets and helping train in policy and process.
• Develop and maintain strategic insights for Partnerships and provide in depth analysis on identified opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain a strong network of partners internal and external to Wealth Management Canada.
• Participates in and supports the operational activities of a business unit. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Previous experience in banking or financial services
• Ability to build strong relationships and work in a cross-functional team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with often changing deadlines

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience and understanding of the Wealth Management industry
• Previous experience with Tableau & Salesforce

In order tobe eligible for these student positions, you must either:

• Bereturning backto school after the work term end-date; or
• If you are not returning back to school (i.e.are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
