WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Intelligent Operations program is undertaking multiple complex enterprise-wide initiatives as part of RBCs ongoing plan to improve technology management and architectural governance across the organization.In this role you will be responsible for executing technical planning and successful implementation of the above mentioned. The role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished according on time.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Working with multiple Observability platforms at an advanced level. These platforms will focus primarily on Dynatrace

  • Working with business units to understand and meet information needs to further improve end-end monitoring

  • Leading a team of talented engineers & operators to extend Dynatrace Platform offerings

  • Working with technology organizations and other business partners to anticipate challenges to information flows and develop solutions that ensure reliability.

  • Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining reports and reporting tools for service centers and enterprise partners.

  • Collaborate and contribute on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • 5+ years or hands-on experience working with Dynatrace

  • 5+ years experience leading talented software engineers & platform administrators

  • Experience working with enterprise application monitoring and development teams

  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.

  • Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.

Nice-to-have:

  • Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers

  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
