What is the Opportunity?

The Automation Support team manages and ensures all the automations are operating efficiently. This team works with existing processes, applications, and infrastructure to uncover production issues and provide minor enhancements for standardization or issue resolution. Success is measured by keeping the volume of production issues manageable and the overall success of enabling TEO to grow the monthly time savings to achieve established targets.

  • Supporting the Automation program daily by identifying operational issues that arise with the infrastructure, underlying applications or process failures.
  • Being the key relationship contact with finance IT partners and CoE to resolve operational issues or escalations.
  • Identifying innovative improvement opportunities to address common issues and executing directly or providing details to process designers.

What will you do?

  • Manages the availability and assignment of required resources to run scheduled automations.

  • Monitor the general mailbox for system alerts generated by automations and take appropriate actions to resolve immediately and for future mitigation.
  • Provide quality assurance testing for automations prior to production deployments.
  • Maintain client relationships to ensure that service partner expectations are managed and met.
  • Ensure metrics and tracking are successfully recorded and aggregated into reports that disseminate at regular intervals.
  • Engage in changes that impact the overall automation program (eg. tech currency changes, process changes, reconciliations as appropriate).

What do you need to succeed?

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or 3+ of years work experience
  • Software development e.g., have familiarity with higher level programming languages
  • Proficiency with Blue Prism and/or Pega, Microsoft Office proficiency - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Access, relational databases, VBA
