What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the coaching capability of Regional and National Enablement Coaches supportingCommercial Financial Servicesacross the Country through reinforcement of consistent practice management routines in order to drive successful business outcomes.You will lead and coach to the effective application of client interactions, change management, coaching, and leader skill building. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Director, Business Advisor Enablement, helping to build and execute effective routines with BFS leaders. Also, you will act as a steward of National Office strategy in order to embed and sustain strategic initiatives, and serve as a feedback channel from the line of business back to National Office.

What will you do?

  • Support the development and execution of robust enablement activity plans
  • Role model RBCs leadership model, inspiring collective ambition and the full power of ONE RBC
  • Coach to drive performance across the BFS role continuum and salesforce to grow market share
  • Elevate BFS focus in digital solutions and their integration into BFS roles, optimizing the client and employee experience
  • Build coaching capabilityfor REC and NECs across all BFS in delivering multi-channel client access, exceptional client experience, and insights and advice
  • Champion digital enablement by being an advocate of digital first behaviors.
  • Prioritize business objectives to increase leaders effectiveness, through embedding and coaching practices to accelerate client acquisition, anchor and deepen client relationships
  • Advance collaboration and alignment amongst Regional Banking Enablement teams and National Office Colleagues
  • Provide prioritized diagnostics onREC/NEC effectiveness, impact and influence, to build confidence, capability and proficiency of the team and BFS leaders
  • Effectively communicate and reinforce BFS strategic direction
  • Conduct Observational Coaching sessions with your team and their leaders
  • Consult with Regional Office and National Office teams where appropriate regarding initiatives that need to be embedded and sustained
  • Bring coaching expertise forward to build confidence in REC/NEC and leader capabilities
  • Build and facilitate National WebEx learning


What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous proven leadership experience with successful outcomes
  • Strong business and organizational knowledge, planning and implementing capabilities with knowledge/experience across Business Financial Services
  • Experience sales/management skills in Commercial Banking and/or Business Markets
  • Strong understanding of BFS roles and the continuum
  • Proven experience in both 1:1 coaching, team coaching, coaching sales people and enabling sales leaders
  • Excellent oral, written, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization and the ability to have multiple tasks in flight with strategic mindset is a key driver in this role
  • Strong Impact and Influence competencies
  • Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Initiative and conceptual thinking

Vous serez charg de faire progresser la capacit daccompagnement des accompagnateurs rgionaux et nationaux en habilitation qui appuient les quipes des Services Financiers Commerciaux partout au pays. Pour ce faire, vous consoliderez les tches de gestion des activits professionnelles courantes afin de favoriser des rsultats commerciaux fructueux.Vous guiderez et encadrerez des accompagnateurs afin de les habiliter offrir de laccompagnement efficace sur les interactions clients, la gestion du changement, laccompagnement et le perfectionnement des aptitudes en leadership. Vous agirez comme conseiller stratgique du directeur gnral principal, Habilitation des conseillers en affaires, et participerez llaboration et la mise en uvre dactivits efficaces avec les gestionnaires des SFE. De plus, vous vous assurerez de lapplication de la stratgie du Bureau national en vue de la mise en place et du soutien dinitiatives stratgiques et vous agirez comme intermdiaire pour la transmission de la rtroaction du secteur dactivit vers le Bureau national.

En quoi consiste le poste?

  • Appuyer llaboration et la ralisation de plans solides ayant trait aux activits dhabilitation.
  • Incarner le modle de leadership de RBC et appuyer lambition collective et la ralisation du plein potentiel du principe Ensemble RBC.
  • Offrir de laccompagnement pour accrotre le rendement dans lensemble de lchelle de progression des rles et de lquipe de vente des SFE afin daccrotre la part de march.
  • Accrotre laccent des SFE sur les solutions numriques et leur intgration aux rles en vue doptimiser lexprience client et employ.
  • Peaufiner les capacits daccompagnement des accompagnateurs rgionaux et nationaux en habilitation de lensemble des SFE en ce qui touche laccs multimodal des clients et la prestation dune exprience client exceptionnelle grce de judicieux conseils et renseignements.
  • Promouvoir ladoption par les clients des technologies numriques de RBC.
  • Accorder la priorit aux objectifs daffaires afin daccrotre lefficacit des gestionnaires, en adoptant des pratiques dintgration et daccompagnement pour acclrer lacquisition de clients et les fidliser en approfondissant les relations.
  • Amliorer la collaboration et lharmonisation parmi les quipes Optimisation, Services bancaires rgionaux, et les collgues du Bureau national.
  • Fournir des diagnostics prioritaires sur le rendement, lincidence et linfluence des accompagnateurs rgionaux et nationaux en habilitation, afin daccrotre la confiance, la capacit et le niveau de comptence de lquipe et des dirigeants des SFE.
  • Communiquer et renforcer efficacement lorientation stratgique des SFE.
  • Tenir des sances daccompagnement observationnel avec votre quipe et ses dirigeants.
  • Consulter les quipes du Bureau rgional et du Bureau national, le cas chant, au sujet des initiatives qui doivent tre intgres et maintenues.
  • Faire progresser lexpertise en accompagnement afin daccrotre la confiance des accompagnateurs rgionaux et nationaux en habilitation et de perfectionner leurs capacits de leadership.
  • Concevoir et animer des sances dapprentissage nationales par Webex.
