Senior Business Systems Analyst (GCS)

What will you do?

• Collaborate with technology stakeholders to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)

• Conduct information gathering sessions with SMEs to gather and analyze KRI/KPI metrics

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize data insights to senior management

• Plan and lead bi-weekly senior management meetings, presenting reports with concise and clear communication

• Examine existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and creating documentation

• Continuously monitoring dashboards, notifying SMEs of compliance breaches and areas of risk to ensure systems stay aligned with business needs

• Work in Jira to manage user stories, perform user acceptance testing, and validating results meet business and IT objectives

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

• Experience building and maintaining Tableau (or equivalent) dashboards

• Professional Business Systems Analyst experience in a project-based environment

• Advanced communication and presentation skills

• Conflict resolution skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
