WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Global Client Relationship Management team with in Capital Markets space is responsible for managing and maintaining salesforce eco system with more than 2500 users supporting global markets and banking business units. The QA Analyst will be responsible to closely work with CTB and BA's to test and automate the business requirements. In this role you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing successful implementation of the above mentioned. This role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished according on time.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Planning and prioritizing Manual testing activities

  • Tracking software bugs and investigating the causes

  • Troubleshooting automation software issues

  • Creating test plans and cases

  • Preparing detailed test reports

  • Prioritizing and executing tests

  • Reviewing technical specifications and design documents

  • Conducting regression testing when needed

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • Undergraduate degree

  • 3+ years of QA experience (Manual Testing) with some automation exposure

  • OK with a hybrid work model

  • Ability to work in distributed and fast paced team environment

Nice-to-have:

  • Financial Industry experience with capital markets background is a plus

  • Salesforce QA testing is a plus

  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Exposure to standard QA tools: Jira, qTest, Nexus, Jenkins, SQL, Confluence
