As an accounting technician, you will play a key role in managing finances and optimizing accounting processes:
- Monthly closing for several entities (bank reconciliations, accounting entries, revaluations, exchange rates, etc.) ;
- Financial controls and production of financial statements (GL balancing, auxiliaries, intra-group, balance sheet schedules, closings, etc.);
- Management of GST/QST rebates and monitoring of tax obligations;
- Accounts payable optimization (invoice entry, payment follow-up, discount maximization);
- Invoicing and management of customer collections;
- Active participation in continuous improvement projects and accounting process optimization.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position;
- DEP/DEC/BAC in accounting or equivalent experience;
- Bilingualism (French and English, oral and written) essential;
- Excellent command of the complete accounting cycle;
- Thoroughness, autonomy and excellent team spirit.
- Competitive salary up to $65,000, depending on experience ;
