What will you do?

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage, motivate, and align team members with Reliance Home Comfort’s goals.
  • Support leadership in crafting and delivering clear, compelling organizational communications.
  • Manage the corporate communication calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging content.
  • Plan and execute key corporate events, including the Annual Sales Summit, President’s Trip, Senior Leadership Retreat, and Town Halls.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop media relations strategies and community engagement initiatives.
  • Position Reliance Home Comfort as a leader in local communities through strategic external communications.
  • Support DEI & ESG initiatives, including LIFT - Reliance’s female empowerment group.
  • Monitor and manage crises and emerging issues, providing counsel to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and strengthen corporate partnerships while identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

What do you bring?

  • Postsecondary education in Marketing/Communications and equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of corporate communications experience
  • Proven experience supporting the C-Suite executives, including CEO/President level.
  • Strong background in developing and executing integrated corporate communications plans.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with experience crafting compelling messaging.
  • Event planning experience with strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Highly collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with urgency.
  • Management/supervisory experience is an asset.
