What will you do?

• Maintain the sales process flow in CRM by assisting HCAs with any CRM-related issues.
• Provide training and re-training to new hires and existing HCAs/Sales Managers on CRM usage as needed.
• Collaborate with the manager to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and business recommendations.
• Analyze data, interpret results using statistical techniques, and generate ongoing reports.
• Gather data from various business systems to create comprehensive views of performance metrics.
• Conduct data analytics focused on customer retention and acquisition to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities for business process improvements.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to effectively communicate data insights and findings.

What do you bring?

• Possess 3-4 years of relevant business experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Strong understanding of data management principles and governance.
• Experience with commission payment systems is an asset.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2014 is highly preferred.
