Description
Position description: The Reynolds and Reynolds (Canada) Ltd. is currently seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario. As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of warehousing including but not limited to shipping and receiving.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in pick, pack, and ship related products to end users.
- Assist in entering appropriate shipping methods whether courier or freight
- Assist in receiving products from couriers and freight company and executing appropriate return processes.
- Stock shelves with products as required
- Perform custodian duties to keep environment clean and healthy
- Understand and maintain database functions for operation
- Perform routine inventory checks for inventory counts and obsolescence
- Assist in periodic mailroom distributions to external customers
Working Conditions:
- Sitting at desk - an avg. 1 - 2 hrs.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. 1-3 hours a day
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry products between 1 lbs. to 50 lbs
- Simple grasping and fine manipulation (both hands) 3-6 hours a day
- Power grasping, reaching above shoulder (both arms/hands) up to 1 hours a day
- When utilizing the pump truck -pushing/pulling up to 200+lbs up to 1-2 hours a day.
- Walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting at neck and waist up to 4 hours a
day. Requirements:
