Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support a multidisciplinary employees team in executing daily operations.

  • Manage orders for Pro customers, especially the most demanding ones, and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain procedures and tools to continuously improve team efficiency.

  • Actively participate in the recruitment process, coordinate the onboarding of new hires, and ensure their training.

  • Work closely with the sales, operations, suppliers, and procurement departments.

  • Make strategic recommendations to enhance team performance and improve customer service.

  • Understand the specific needs of professional clients and propose solutions tailored to their challenges.

  • Stay up to date with market innovations, features, and functions by attending appropriate training.

Requirements:

  • Experience in team and personnel management.

  • Experience or knowledge in the construction sector or a similar role.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with computer tools: email, Microsoft suite (mainly Excel and Teams).

  • Asset: knowledge of internal software (MMS, Soda, etc.).
