What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and resourceful individual to fill a customer service position. If you are someone who loves challenges, who can juggle customer calls while making a perfect cup of coffee, we want to meet you!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support our valued customers from Ontario and Western Canada with patience, good humor, and efficiency.
  • Take orders and ensure that every detail is well taken care of.
  • Provide administrative support for internal teams, field representatives, and customers.
  • Work closely with our internal teams and sales representatives on the road.
  • Develop necessary methods and policies for the smooth functioning of the company and to improve internal customer service.

What We Are Looking For in You:

  • Bilingual French/English, you are comfortable in both languages. The majority of discussions will be in English.
  • Experience in customer service; you are the master of client relations!
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
