What you’ll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Supply Chain Marketing & Communications
Location: Toronto, ON
Expected start date: March 2025
Duration: 4-8 months
We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented intern to join our team and assist the Digital Supply Chain Planning lead with logistics for our Customer Success Day (CSD) program. These events are designed to help SAP customers maximize value, drive adoption, and foster peer-to-peer collaboration. As an intern, you’ll gain invaluable experience in event planning, communications, and customer engagement while working on high-impact initiatives.
- Communications Support
- Draft and edit both internal and external event-related communications, including newsletters, customer invitations, follow-up emails, visitor guides, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent branding across all communications.
- Create digital assets for all post-event materials.
- Pre-Event Planning
- Assist with tasks leading up to an event such as creating microsites, name badges, customer introduction decks, customer networking dinner research, etc.
- Manage up-to date registration reports within our internal platform
- Support content development for presentations, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Internal Reporting
- Compile insights and feedback from past events to inform future programming.
- Draft post-event recaps and summary reports for internal distribution.
- Assist in tracking customer participation, feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain an organized repository of materials for future reference and scalability.

- Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration related degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA).
- You should be a team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction.
- Strong communication/writing and organization skills are important.
- Above all, you should be passionate about technology, customer experience, event & communications management, and value realization.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
