Meet your team:
You will join the SAP Cloud ERP UX - Digital Supply Chain team. As a part of this team, you will design products that promise to shape the future of business applications in the Digital Supply Chain space. These products encompass all the phases of the supply chain -everything from design to delivery. You will leverage technologies such as SAP Business AI, machine learning, predictive analysis and SAP’s industry leading cloud technologies to build end-to-end solutions that power the Intelligent Enterprise.
Together with our customers, you will design next generation solutions by employing SAP’s Design Led Development process. You will support strategic product teams to ride the wave of new trends and seed new concepts into the organization. You will offer design services to build products that deliver immense business value to our customers.
What you’ll do:
As a UX Design Specialist, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary design team that includes interaction designers, user researchers and visual designers.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Work with other User Experience Designers and User Researchers covering the entire product design lifecycle, including user research, concepts designs leading to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and validating designs with customers/ end users.
- Work closely with colleagues from development, product management, customers and partners to deliver engaging experiences for SAP Cloud ERP products.
- Act as an advocate of the end users.
- Have a passion for problem solving and will always push for better, faster, simpler, more engaging solutions to complex business processes and technical challenges.
- Pay close attention to emerging trends in technology landscape and explore every opportunity to push the boundaries to strive for innovation, while ensuring a harmonized experience for end users.
- Be self-motivated and believe in teamwork and cross collaboration.
- Mentor junior colleagues on various aspects of design
What you bring:
- 7 -10 years of experience in designing user experiences for software applications.
- Degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma, Master’s) in Design from a reputed design institute preferred.
- Background in web and application design.
- Experience in user experience projects covering various stages of design life cycle from user-research through application design, culminating in design validation.
- Experience designing business solutions with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of design and prototyping tools, like Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Keen eye for detail, critical thinking and an open mind to receive and provide feedback.
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English.

The targeted combined range for this position is 124700 - 212200(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
