Available regions & contract types

Option 1 – Urban areas

  • Settings: CLSCs, CHSLDs, youth centers, community orgs

  • Day shifts primarily

  • Full-time or part-time

  • Option to transition into permanent positions

Option 2 – Remote regions
Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Îles-de-la-Madeleine

  • Contracts: 4 to 12 weeks, renewable

  • Transportation & housing provided

  • Per diem: $/day depending on the region

  • Diverse populations, dynamic work settings

Option 3 – Northern regions
CRSSS Baie-James, Nunavik, Eeyou Istchee

  • Missions: 1 to 6 months

  • Up to $62/hour (employee status)

  • Furnished accommodation & round-trip airfare

  • Per diem: $40/day

Who we're looking for

  • Social Workers – OTSTCFQ member

  • Sexologists – OPSQ member

Minimum requirements:

  • 6+ months of clinical experience with youth or adults

  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written); functional English is an asset depending on region

  • Strong autonomy, empathy, and adaptability
