Our large Agriculture client is hiring (2) Senior HR Business Analysts to support multiple simultaneous projects surrounding workforce planning and job architecture and using SAP SuccessFactors (2571)
Must Have:
- 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Analyze and document current state systems and processes
- Develop processes and requirements for future state
- Experience in an HR environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- CBAP Certification
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA
