Line of Business: Wealth management

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Working Location: DT Toronto - Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in office


Role Mandate: The Marketing Coordinator will provide advice and support the marketing objectives of the Investorline Lifecycle Marketing team. This includes creating, developing, and executing complete marketing strategies, including, and is not limited to, new client onboarding, digital investing product cross sell, customer engagement, share of wallet and retention programs - all of which align to the overarching digital investing fiscal plan. In addition, regular review of campaign performance, producing insights that are actionable for the next iteration of such campaigns.



Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator
  • Reporting/data analytics skills related to Marketing world
  • Banking/FI industry experience



Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Assist in creating the terms and conditions for various campaigns the team is running

• Oversee intakes and briefs for communications

• Develop campaign data targeting matrices to identify client groups for targeting and post campaign measurement.

• Review, approve and ownership of campaign work back schedules, for both creative and data, sharing key milestones with stakeholders where necessary.

• Ensure that creative/marketing content adheres to client's standards and align to project objectives.

• Lead Q/A and UAT prior to campaign deployment

• Manage the approval process from all stakeholders during campaign development through to Q/A from line of business, legal, compliance and translation.

• Provide reporting analysis on campaigns such as clicks, opens, assets acquired etc.

• Recommend campaign improvements to further optimize email and client engagement KPIs.

• Ad hoc communications & reporting
