Description
Our client is seeking an Application Support Analyst (5+) years to provide installation, enhancement, and Tier 2 support for Oil and Gas and Corporate Applications.
The role is 6 months to start with strong possibility of extension and requires you to work in their downtown Calgary office 2 days per week.
Must-Haves:
- 5-7 years of IT experience supporting and improving business applications in the Energy industry
- Proven experience with managing and supporting a portfolio of application solutions (desktop, SAAS, Cloud etc)
- Experience working with third-party vendors and external support personnel
- Experience configuring, installing, and administering technical issues for O&G related business applications
- PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Rest Api's
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience supporting one or more of the following solutions:
- GIS
- Enablon Incident Management, Audits & Inspections, Permitting
- Success factors
- Experience using Power Platform building PowerApps
