Application Support Analyst (5+) years to provide installation, enhancement, and Tier 2 support for Oil and Gas and corporate applications- hybrid Calgar

Our client is seeking an Application Support Analyst (5+) years to provide installation, enhancement, and Tier 2 support for Oil and Gas and Corporate Applications.

The role is 6 months to start with strong possibility of extension and requires you to work in their downtown Calgary office 2 days per week.

Must-Haves:

• 5-7 years of IT experience supporting and improving business applications in the Energy industry
• Proven experience with managing and supporting a portfolio of application solutions (desktop, SAAS, Cloud etc)
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external support personnel
• Experience configuring, installing, and administering technical issues for O&G related business applications
• PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Rest Api's

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience supporting one or more of the following solutions:
• GIS
• Enablon Incident Management, Audits & Inspections, Permitting
• Success factors
• Experience using Power Platform building PowerApps
