Our client is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Recruitment Specialist to develop a Retail Recruitment Strategy for service station locations. Client has offices in Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto. If located in one of these cities, there will be a 3 days in office/2 work from home working model. If not located in one of these cities, there is the opportunity for 100% remote.

Must Have:

  • 4+ years experience in designing and rolling out recruitment strategies including the revamping of new interview questions
  • Fully bilingual (French/English)
  • Experience managing a recruitment web portals (e.g. Lever, Workday, or SuccessFactors) and sourcing for candidates:
  • Pre-screening, interviewing, background checks, onboarding and offboarding
  • Experience with Talent Attraction
