Description
Our client in the financial software solutions industry is looking for a Intermediate Bilingual (English/French) Learning and Development Specialist to assess and provide strategic inputs on learning experiences for Call Centre Operators - 33765664
Location: Remote - Must work EST, CST, or PST hours.
Duration: 9-Month Contract
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring our new and returning Experts get onboarded, developed, and supported in an effective and efficient manner.
- Applies instructional design methodology including needs analysis to uncover measurable behaviors required for the role, resulting in performance-based outcomes
- Promotes a learning and growth mindset that aligns with our values, to build a continuous learning culture.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years in Learning and Development
- Bilingual - English /French - written and spoken
