Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes
  • Elicit, define, and document business requirements
  • Uncover areas of improvement and develop enhancement solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and ensure adherence to requirements
  • Develop and maintain project documentation
  • Marketing personalization
  • Marketing automation
  • Program-level leadership experience as lead BA of multiple integrated projects
  • Expert communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to adapt communication with great level of impact to diverse set of users and stakeholder groups
