Our client is looking for an Int Change Manager to develop and execute a OCM strategy to support IDSM and CRM implementation.


Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in OCM and training roles, preferably within higher education or service-oriented organizations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting at least one transformational project involving CRM / ERP initiative or other significant enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, including both in-person and digital learning formats.


Nice to have:

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Certifications in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) or training design (e.g., CPTM)


Responsibilities:

Organizational Change Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy to support ISDM and CRM Transition implementation. The primary focus is ISDM.
  • Manage conversations with departments (Students Division and external collaborators) to address concerns, foster collaboration, and manage resistance.
  • Collaborate with the ISDM project team to support change management focusing on shifting mindsets around the model where we are transitioning student support from a decentralized to a more centralized approach.
  • Conduct additional stakeholder analyses with key groups impacted by these changes and collaborate with the division's internal communications team to develop tailored communication and engagement plans.
  • Build relationships with divisional leaders (ITS and Students Division), ensuring alignment between transformational initiatives and strategic goals.
  • Create and manage the feedback loop across the division and partners.
  • Support role transitions for employees and departments.

Training Development and Delivery (ISDM)
  • Design training strategies tailored to diverse stakeholders, including Student Services Team members, Registrarial staff, academic advisors, and other department staff across the division.
  • Support the implementation of training strategies tailored to diverse stakeholders, including SST members, academic advisors, and other department staff.
  • Collaborate on the development of ongoing training plans for new employees and departments as part of the ISDM and CRM adoption process.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine training programs and materials.
  • Accountable for transitioning the training to operational departments.
  • Not in scope: delivery of training.

Strategic Alignment and Support
  • Work collaboratively with the ISDM Project Manager and Business Lead to ensure project continuity related to OCM strategy.
  • Align the OCM strategy with ISDM Service Level Agreements (SLAs), processes and principles.
  • Liaise with Academic Advising to integrate the new advising structure into the ISDM framework and support CRM adoption.
  • Liaise with departments to support their physical transition to the new location in the G-Wing.
  • Facilitate the OCM aspects of the roll-out of the hoteling strategy for the division.
  • Collaborate with the Division and external departments to support their service and program transition to the G-Wing location.
  • Provide strategic support to implementing new policies and procedures.
