Int. Experience Design Strategy Analyst to support the implementation of the XD measurement and reporting for a large insurance client - 5224

Duration: 12 months (possibility for extension)

Location: Remote

Reporting to the Manager, Global XD Strategy, the XD Strategy Analyst will work with teams globally to support the implementation of Experience Design (XD) measurement and reporting processes using an established measurement framework. They will also support data collection and analysis processes for the XD maturity program, which tracks the growth and evolution of the XD practice globally. These activities will be key for assessing and advocating for the continued growth of XD across the organization. The XD practice includes journey and user experience (UX) designers and researchers, UX writers, and design operations teams.

Must Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in experience design research or strategy, user experience, behavioural economics, cognitive or social psychology, or similar
  • Experience with measuring and reporting on qualitative and quantitative metrics and analytics.
  • Experience across multiple digital channels, including web, mobile (web and native applications), and social channels.
  • Understanding of various XD measurement methodologies.

Nice To Have Skills:

  • Insurance/Banking industry experience
  • University degree or certification in related field
  • Experience with Miro/FigJam or similar
  • Experience with survey builder and CX analytics (e.g., Qualtrics), Adobe Analytics, and / or data visualization & analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Agency/consulting experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with XD leaders and practitioners across Canada, US, and Asia to finalize and adopt a global XD measurement framework and reporting process.
  • Support the ongoing collection, analysis, and reporting of metrics from regional XD practices.
  • Support ongoing XD maturity assessments including conducting interviews, refining surveys, and collecting and analyzing data to generate insights.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders in Canada, US, and Asia to collaborate on measurement practice development and metric collection.
  • Evaluate existing practice, product, and performance data to continuously refine existing processes and identify new opportunities to support XD practice globally.
  • Provide ad-hoc support of new or ongoing Global XD Strategy team initiatives, where appropriate.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital technology, and advancements to ensure that the client provides best-in-class services for customers.
