Int. HR Analyst to support employee listening/engagement projects for a large banking client - 67366


Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Location: Hybrid; Downtown Toronto (2 days in office- collaborative typically Monday and Thursday but can move)


Role Mandate: As a key member of the Employee Listening team, the Advisor will support the execution of listening projects and analysis of listening results. The role ensures employee voice is captured and championed in support of a range of engagement, Winning Culture and business initiatives.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years as an HR Analyst or in a similar role
  • Data Analysis experience
  • Strong Excel skills are required.
  • Banking/Fi experience


Nice to Have Skills

• Exposure to Qualtrics Employee Experience software

• Previous experience with Power BI


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports large employee listening projects, including annual engagement survey and several ongoing and ad hoc research projects.
  • Support data analysis and data deliverables related to listening surveys
  • Includes extensive manipulation of large datasets in MS Excel, working with pivot tables, merging and de-duplicating datasets, creating visualizations, creating and populating conditionally formatted results templates, conducting quality controls, etc.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to self-check work is critical. Peak periods, such as the four weeks following close of engagement survey, require large volumes of analysis on aggressive timelines.
  • Participate in team strategy sessions with our organizational culture and manager development peers and will be exposed to engagement and cultural strategy and communications.
  • Managing Mailing lists
  • Answering emails from employee mailbox
  • Create data analysis and reporting on completed surveys
  • QA and UAT testing for digital dashboard builds and service processes as well as managing and documenting accesses to the dashboards

• Final round of candidates will have an Excel skill assessment
