Int. Procurement Specialist to support supplier sourcing for a large banking client - 67002

Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension or conversion)

Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid (2 days per week in office) G

Role Mandate: This line of business is responsible for strategic sourcing of suppliers (onboarding, vetting), supplier risk management and transactional procurement (purchasing/buying). The selected candidate will be joining a team within Procurement that manages 3 functions: supplier risk management process support via Coupa Risk Assess (reactive activities), concierge/VIP end to end process services for Supplier Risk Management (proactive activities) and the contract management office (CMO) accountable for the end to end contract process leveraging a contract lifecycle management platform (Coupa CLMA). The team works closely together providing cross-functional support. The selected candidate will start by supporting one of these functions and will likely move into a broader accountability to support cross-functional tasks.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
• MS Office knowledge (including Excel)
• Banking/Fi experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Customer service/support experience
• Coupa experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and actioning requests from ServiceNow to make changes to process
• Perform and complete system tasks as needed
• Supplemental help to other team accountabilities as required
