Intermediate Business Analyst to support the implementation of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System.

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. Their Pharmacy healthcare division is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to support the implementation of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System.

Duration: 1 Year

Location: Montreal or Toronto (3 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Gather, understand, and document business and technical requirements for the Kroll system implementation.
• Participate in the testing phase, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure Kroll integrates effectively with existing systems.
• Prepare training documentation and deliver training to pharmacy staff at store locations in Quebec.
• Assist with Kroll system support during testing, ensuring proper implementation, and determining if support will be provided at the end or iteratively.
• Work alongside other BAs, Product Owners, and technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation process.
• Communicate effectively in both French and English for training, documentation, and collaboration.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ Years experience in Business Analysis, participating in UAT
• Experience developing Requirement and Training Documentation
• Experience in the Pharmacy Management or Healthcare Industry
• Bilingual (French/English)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Management System
