Description
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst with experience working for an IT service provider (5+ years) to develop IT products and services for infrastructure projects within the utilities industry (Hybrid, Edmonton AB).
Must Have:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst working for an IT service provider
- 3+ years experience developing IT products and services for infrastructure projects
- ITIL
- Process Analysis
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables at the same time
- Hybrid in Edmonton, AB
Nice to Have
- RFP / RFI experience including the documentation of requirements and evaluation of proposals and responses.
- RACI Charts
- University degree or equivalent
- Utilities or regulated experience
- Experience with a broad variety of projects
