Our Calgary client is looking for an Intermediate Hardware Refresh Coordinator to manage their annual hardware refresh staff across Calgary, Edmonton, and Field Centers.

3 month contract, hybrid work environment, Calgary or Edmonton.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, particularly with Hardware Refresh Projects
• Strong understanding of Hardware Components, Configurations, and Compatibility
• Experience working with Windows 11 Operating System
• Excellent Customer Service and Stakeholder Communication Skills
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools and Software

Nice to Haves:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading small technical teams

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute hardware refresh plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication
• Collaborate with Specialists and Team Leads to identify hardware needs and ensure proper technician training
• Maintain and update project documentation, including stakeholder communications and refresh procedures
• Oversee hardware replacement and testing to minimize staff disruption
• Ensure compliance with company policies throughout the hardware refresh process
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and address concerns to improve service delivery
