Our midstream energy client is hiring an Intermediate Organizational Change Manager to execute the change strategy for the integration of multiple legacy ERP's to SAP (24999)
Must Have:
- 6+ years experience as an Organizational Change Manager
- PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation
- Experience working on a large scale SAP implementation
- Degree related to Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in an Agile project environment
