Intermediate Project Governance Analyst to support project delivery & minimize change impacts across the Corporate PMO & Data & Information Tec

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project Governance Analyst to support project delivery & minimize change impacts across the Corporate PMO & Data & Information Technology groups in the oil & gas sector (Req 8896)

Calgary candidate for a 1 year contract, 4 days in office in downtown Calgary.

Must Have:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator with BA experience working with cross-functional groups
• 5+ years experience in project governance, frameworks & delivery
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools (ServiceNow PPM or similar)
• Experience with project/document management & reporting tools (Content Server, SharePoint, Power BI or similar)

Nice to Have:

• Experience using SAP S/4
• Oil & Gas Experience

Responsibilities:

• Supports and promotes understanding of the CPMO Project Delivery Framework and PMO methodology, processes, and best practices including Governance and Enablement of Project Delivery and alignment to the framework to ensure operational excellence
• Supports the roadmap for ongoing CPMO Project Governance transformational and continuous improvement initiatives
• Process integration with cross functional groups D&IT, OCM, Project Controls etc.
• Maintain and evolve CPMO operational portals, ContentServer Folder structure, access provisioning, PPM system operations and continuous improvement
• Project Governance reporting
