Intermediate Records Management Business analyst

Start/End Dates: 12/3/2024 - 6/2/2025

Work Location (Tax): 81 Bay 31st Floor

Duration: 6 Months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid -- What days will they need to be onsite and how frequent? Mondays & First Friday of each month

Office Location: 81 Bay 31st Floor

Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday


Line of Business: Enterprise Risk Management - Risk Data Management Office

What does the LOB do?: Data Management - this role is reviewing records management and classification


Responsibilities:

The main function of a Business Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. The Resources will be reviewing shared drive content for migration of permanent records (per Records Standards) to SharePoint.

Each BA will be working with a different team to perform their requirement gathering. They will connect with a subject matter expert who will help define what should qualify for retention. There will not be any connections with stakeholders or presentations required.


Must Have Requirement:

1. BA experience - 2 years

2. Experience with record management - 2 years

3. Experience with regulatory compliance - 2 years

4. Experience in requirement gathering for excel or SQL files in structured formats - 2years


Nice to Have:

1. Financial industry experience
