Our Calgary client is looking for a Intermediate SuccessFactors Analyst to design and implement Career Development Planning (CDP) modules.

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in talent development or career planning
Strong experience in designing and implementing SuccessFactors modules, specifically the Career Development Planning modules.
Development Plans, Career Worksheets, Career Paths, Mentoring.
Experience working with testing team to implement System Integrated Testing (“SIT”) and User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) scripts and testing.
Develop and help implement the required HR training
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development or a related field of study.
Oil and gas industry experience.
