Description
Our Calgary client is looking for a Intermediate SuccessFactors Analyst to design and implement Career Development Planning (CDP) modules.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in talent development or career planning
- Strong experience in designing and implementing SuccessFactors modules, specifically the Career Development Planning modules.
- Development Plans, Career Worksheets, Career Paths, Mentoring.
- Experience working with testing team to implement System Integrated Testing (“SIT”) and User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) scripts and testing.
- Develop and help implement the required HR training
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development or a related field of study.
- Oil and gas industry experience.
