Our large enterprise midstream client is seeking an Intermediate Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage full-cycle recruitment, provide strategic guidance, and deliver effective staffing solutions. (15736)
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience within the oil and gas sector, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing and screening to interview facilitation and offer management
- Experience managing 25-40 requisitions at once, balancing high-volume hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and timelines
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday, to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently
