Story Behind the Need
Business Group: Business Transformation, Commercial Banking
Project: nCino / Salesforce program - a transformational project impacting Canadian Commercial Banking front-to-back lending processes. The contractor will be developing and delivering training content for this program, as well as updating existing training content, ensuring that user resources are available in both English and French.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the program training SharePoint site.
Create Job Aids, training workbooks, one-page instruction documents, visual aids and Articulate lessons.
Create training and support materials on functional procedures, work instructions, business process overviews.
Schedule, monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Facilitate instructor-led virtual and in-person sessions.
Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to develop training content.
Keep Resource Centre content up-to-date and ensure materials meet French language requirements.
Assists with training assessment activities through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
Must Have Skills:
1. 3-4 years related training facilitation and development experience.
2. Proven experience with Articulate Storyline (or similar platforms eg. Camtasia)
3. Proven experience with CRM and workflow / processing systems (eg., functional understanding Salesforce, nCino or other)
4. Microsoft Office proficiency (PPT, Word)
5. Used SharePoint extensively

Previous experience in financial/banking industry.
