Description: Title: ERP Training Coordinator

Duration: 1 year (with a possibility of extension)

Onsite, Remote, Hybrid: Remote

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F, Core Hours 8-5


HIGH LEVEL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for supporting training delivery for the ERP Workstream of the US Utility Integration Project. Primarily responsible for logistics, scheduling, Learning Management Systems (LMS) management and providing training delivery information to support effectiveness measurement. Coordinate uploading of course curricula to our online LMS including submitting courses/classes, managing rosters, drafting and distributing learner communications, and facilitating course/class evaluations. Maintain attendance/enrollment and records, register learners, and liaise with Business ERP Team Training Coordinator(s) and Business Unit site coordinators in various locations.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Support Training Lead in creation of management reports related to training effectiveness

· Work with Learning Advisors/Instructional Designers to schedule courses and manage schedule within the LMS

· Manage overall Central Functions training logistics across the organization, such as: (i) booking classrooms, (ii) ensure computer access, audiovisuals and network services, (iii) coordinate catering services, (iv) verify and track attendance

· Training Mailbox Management

· Partner with Instructional Designers, Trainers, and Business ERP Training Coordinator(s) to provide onsite or virtual support during training delivery across the Business and Central Functions

· Provide attendance sheets, training mapping and session information to support training effectiveness measurement across the organization

· Track information on training deliverables and tasks

· Work with Instructional Designers and Trainers to support post Go-live performance support tools and initiatives

· Work with Training and OCM Leads to develop tools and templates to track delivery metrics across the Business and Central Functions which may be leveraged across different execution teams.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Required:

· Knowledge of training standards and terminology

· Experienced in training logistics such as working with external providers, scheduling virtual classroom sessions, utilizing virtual training and Web Based Training (WBT) tools

· Knowledge of Workday LMS functionality for uploading and managing online curricula

· Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with Training team members, OCM counterparts, Functional Change Management Specialists, and Business Unit site coordinators

· Must have exceptional organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work overtime during training delivery windows

· Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Suite skills (Teams, CoPilot, Outlook, Project, etc.)

· Client support mindset

Preferred:

· Adult Learning or Education certificate

· Previous LMS experience, preferably with Workday LMS

· Power BI experience

· MS Project experience

· SharePoint Online experience
